"draw a zebra dancing in the rain"

This is Alexandre Rachmaninov, and he is a zebra who likes to dance when it rains. He has no relation to the composer, and is not of Russian descent. He particularly likes to tap dance -though he knows he's quite bad at it -and the Jitterbug. He often says that if only he had arms, he could be great at the Charleston.
